Linked

“We are linked by blood, and blood is memory without language.”   (Joyce Carol Oates)

I’ve always been amazed with the things blood can tell us about our health. According to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, "specifically, blood tests can help doctors: evaluate how well organs—such as the kidneys, liver, thyroid, and heart—are working. Diagnose diseases and conditions such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, anemia, and coronary heart disease.”  Leviticus 7:14 (NLT) says: The life of every creature is in its blood…

I am so thankful to both the medical and funeral industries that are around blood on a regular basis, and confidently handle their needed services as a normal part of life. They are the true heroes (and heroines) of this post. Thank them anytime you get a chance.

In a home in Whitehall, OH, in 1968, I was five years-old. My mother assisted in my spiritual blood transfusion (as I became a child of God). Hebrews 10:10 (NLT) describes the process: For God’s will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time. The important question I need to ask you is if this spiritual blood transfusion has occurred in your life. If you haven’t done this, don’t delay. It is truly a matter of (eternal) life or (eternal death. Please contact me if you need assistance because I can help.
