Man in the Mirror

The late Michael Jackson was a talented family man. Like many of us, he fought his own personal demons throughout his life. His wish for what he needed to do with his life was written in the chorus of the above song. Does what’s below apply to you no matter your gender?
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
I'm asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you want to make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself, and then make a change

Have you done this? When things get tough do you still remain the person you want to be deep down inside? When you take a hard look at yourself, do you like what stairs back at you?  Change is not easy for anyone. Eventually it must occur. So take a hint from a deceased musical giant while you are still alive, and able to be your best.
