Right now someone is singing the chorus of the above song performed by Carly Simon in 1971. A version of Anticipation became a hit for the Heinz Company as a classic ketchup jingle in the 1970’s to 1980’s.

Have you ever had some kind of negative situation with another person that you know well? You have got yourself all upset about how you believe they will respond to you. This is mostly due to the history you have with them, and how they have reacted in the past in similar situations.

This time your worry is unfounded as they surprise you with their uncharacteristic response. You have no idea what tomorrow will hold (James 4:14) so why harbor the dark side of it? We are all exceptional.

Everyone has unique life circumstances that result in who they are today. With each new situation judge with an open-mind, you can be the supplier of a fresh new chance. Allow others to blow your mind with the unexpected.
