More Than Enough?

In the home improvement store where both my wife and daughter are employed, is a work sign (in the hall containing the male and female bathrooms) that aligns perfectly with scripture. “Safety is when nothing happens.  Remember why and who you will work safely for today.”

It reminds me of Colossians 3:17 (NLT). “And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.”

If history has proven anything, it is that humans are not always aware of their capabilities. With the assistance of the Almighty, there are no human limitations of all that is possible. (Philippians 4:13)

What right now would take a miracle in your life to accomplish? When the Heavenly Father accomplishes something out of the ordinary in our lives, it strengthens our belief in Him and His glory and not the other way around. (John 2:11)


Can you honestly answer the question of God’s sufficiency as given in Galatians 3:5 (MSG) for yourself? “Answer this question: Does the God who lavishly provides you with His own presence, His Holy Spirit, working things in your lives you could never do for yourselves, does He do these things because of your strenuous moral striving or because you trust Him to do them in you?”
