"No matter what I’m praising God still.” (Stacy L. Sanchez)
Authentic praise to God is the gift that keeps on giving,
and never goes out of style. What can you praise God for in the midst of your
daily life?
This Christmas season praise
God for His…
Promises- My God will use his wonderful riches in Christ Jesus to give you
everything you need. (Philippians
4:19, International Children’s Bible)
Pardon- But if we confess our sins, God will forgive us. We can trust God to
do this. He always does what is right. He will make us clean from all the wrong
things we have done. (1 John 1:9,
Easy-to-Read Version)
Protection- Be strong and brave. Don’t be afraid of them. Don’t be frightened. The Lord your God will go with you. He will not leave you or forget you. (Deuteronomy 31:6, International Children’s Bible)
Purpose- I know that you can do anything, and nothing that you plan is impossible. (Job 42:2, International Standard Version)
Precious Son, Jesus- For God has proved his love by giving us his greatest treasure, the gift of his Son. And since God freely offered him up as the sacrifice for us all, he certainly won’t withhold from us anything else he has to give. (Romans 8:32, The Passion Translation)
When
uncertainty is all around you (as it has been in the year 2020), be certain
that God is with you all the time.
God created
you for a specific purpose that can’t be done by anyone else. If you are still
alive, you have not completed it yet. He needs to transform you more into the
likeness of His Son as you further His kingdom on Earth.
Jesus' life mattered (just like yours does).
Remember, you are unique and valuable. Someone needs exactly what you have to
offer. You are the answer to someone’s
prayer. [i]

“Stuff with Praise: Stocking Stuffers,” (installment two) Sunday
December 6, 2020, Pastor Josh Boyer (CPLC). All CenterPoint churches have
returned to an online format because of the increase in COVID-19 cases in central
Ohio. Sunday morning online services can be viewed at
