Being kind is the way of the heart. Kindness is always a choice. We seem shorter on kindness than we were a few years ago. Though we can’t turn back the clock or control what will happen next, we can find ways to replenish our kindness reserves. The wonderful side-effect is that your kindness will also give your body and mind a health-enhancing boost.
Why would anyone be kind without expecting something in return? Kindness can be a superhero power. Every day our lives serve as either a positive or negative example to others. Kindness can be your message to the world. Here are some great ways to develop kindness (to those in your world):
