Weapon

“Always pray. It’s a powerful weapon.”  (www.ThinkPozitive.com)

Continually be prayerful. (1 Thessalonians, 5:17 ISV)
Pray always. Pray in the Spirit. Pray about everything in every way you know how, and keeping all this in mind pray on behalf of God’s people. Keep on praying feverishly, and be on the lookout until evil has been stayed. (Ephesians 6:18, VOICE)

Though prayer can be both an action and an attitude, how can you stay connected to God throughout your day?

Awareness of God’s presence each day
Then I would never feel ashamed when I look closely at your commands. (Psalm 119:6, ERV)

Bullet prayers when God is needed quickly

Our enemies were only trying to make us afraid. They are thinking to themselves, “The Jews will be afraid and too weak to keep on working. Then the wall will not be finished.”

But I prayed, “God, make me strong.” (Nehemiah 6:9, ERV)
Constant pauses every day to communicate with God

All the leaders of the empire—the governors, prefects, officers, advisors, and other administrators—have consulted together and are in complete agreement that the king should issue an edict and enforce it strictly to the effect that anyone who prays to another—whether divine or human—except for you, of course, good king, for a period of 30 days, will be thrown into the lions’ den. Now, O king, we ask that you establish such an ordinance and sign it into law, so that it cannot be changed. For the laws enacted by the Medes and Persians cannot be rescinded.
After considering their proposal, King Darius signed the ordinance and made it law. 10 Even though Daniel was aware the king had signed the ordinance into law, he continued to do what he always did. He would go home, ascend the stairs to the upper room—which had windows facing toward Jerusalem—and get down on his knees three times a day and pray to his God and praise Him. (Daniel 6:7-10, VOICE)

“Always pray to have eyes that see the best in people, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the worst, and a soul that never loses faith in God.”  (HeartfeltQuotes.Blogspot.com)[i]
