Blunder (or Preference)

“You can never make the same mistake twice because the second time you make it; it’s not a mistake. It’s a choice.”* There was only one perfect human being (Jesus) that lived on this Earth.

Our goal in life is to become more like Jesus every day. Though no one today is perfect (or sinless), we can all observe the mistakes we make, learn from them, and resolve not to repeat them again.

Controlling the words that come out of our mouth is one big way to keep from hurting others unnecessarily (James 3:2). If you need to, confess your wrongs to God, He will forgive you (I John 1:3).

God has promised that He will not allow any temptation that is more than you can handle (I Corinthians 10:13). The key to that statement and verse is that when you are overwhelmed by the enticement; give it to Jesus so that He can bare it for you.

If you are receiving correction from God, this means you are His child and He loves you (Revelation 3:19). The Heavenly Father can use your weakest flaw for His ultimate purpose (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Romans 8:28 (VOICE) says, We are confident that God is able to orchestrate everything to work toward something good and beautiful when we love Him and accept His invitation to live according to His plan.”

It all boils down to your daily life and who has the ultimate control of it. Can you give it up to Someone that has more experience in decision-making than you? God knows how it will all work out in the end.

Aren’t you just completely exhausted with making the same mistakes over again? Do something different, and allow a divine influence to make a positive difference.
